604 C. Streets and Alleys

Alleys
shall not form the boundary of a park, square, or greenbelt unless a wall a minimum of 6 feet in height is used for separation.
2.
Alleys
shall be paved in conformance with the standards of
Article IV
of the Borough
Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
