604 B. Lots and Buildings

Balconies shall be permitted to encroach up to 4 ft into any yard area of a
public use
tract. Encroachment into a public
right-of-way
shall not permitted.

shall have
frontage

street
or square. All
buildings
shall have their main entrance opening to a
street
or square (except
accessory structures
).

Similar building massing and
uses
at ground level shall front a
street
