A waiver, granted by the Zoning Hearing Board, from the terms and conditions of this Ordinance where literal enforcement would create unnecessary hardship as a result of peculiar or unique conditions, or circumstances pertaining only to the lot in question, and when the granting of such waiver would not be contrary to the public interest.
