Sign

that consists of any device, light, letter, word, model, banner, pennant, trade flag, logo, insignia, balloons or representation that advertises, directs, or announces the

conducted; goods, products, services or facilities available; or that influences persons or conveys information, or that calls attention to the
building
or the
use
located on the
lot
. The term "sign" includes the word billboard, but does not include the Flag of the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any Federal, State or Municipal traffic or directional sign or other official Federal, State, County or Municipal Government Signs.
