Building Setback Line

A line, established by this Ordinance, within a property, defining the minimum distance between any building or structure or portion thereof to be erected or altered, and an adjacent right-of-way, street or property line. Such line shall be measured at right angles to adjacent street, right-of-way or property line and running parallel to said line.
