A building or group of buildings containing individual rooms or apartment accommodations primarily for transients, each of which is provided with a separate exterior entrance and a parking space, and offered principally for rental and use by motor vehicle travelers. The term shall include but not be limited to auto courts, motor courts, tourist courts, motor inns, motor lodges or roadside hotels.
