or portion thereof that is used exclusively for human habitation. In terms of this Ordinance a
dwelling
shall not be deemed to include
hotel
,
motel
, dormitory,
fraternity or sorority house
,
rooming house
, tourist home or
bed and breakfast
establishments
.
