§115. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part I shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00); and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days. Every day that a violation of this Part 1 continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 77-18, 12/14/1977, §15; as amended by Ord. 833, 10/20/1987)
